Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered. This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placements by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with the scent after opening

All sales are final, and we cannot accept opened or used products back under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide the following when reporting damage:

    • A clear photograph of the damaged product

    • A photograph of the original packaging

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

    • A brief written description of the issue

We will review your submission and notify you about the next steps. This process helps us verify and resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Replacement Process

Once your claim has been reviewed:

  • You will be informed whether your claim is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

  • Approved replacements are typically dispatched within 7 business days after approval.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund for a damaged or defective product is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your billing statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
